They assume the overall responsibility for the planning and implementation of complex, cross-company transformation projects for the further development of BU MS. You will carry out all necessary project steps from conception, coordination and communication to solution development to implementation and anchoring in the organization. In particular, the structuring of tasks, definition of work packages and planning of the project in close coordination with project customers from all areas of BU MS is one of your core tasks. They control and lead interdisciplinary project teams. You take over the processing of critical work packages yourself and develop the procedures and analyses used for this independently. You can prepare (high) complex facts in targeted and convincing documents and ensure the necessary buy-in of your stakeholders in decisions. In the moderation of workshops and larger groups as well as in the presentation before the project rounds of all levels, you convince by safe occurrence and effective communication.

They have a very good university degree (Master/Diplom) in the fields of economic and natural sciences, (economic) computer science. They have at least 3 years of experience in one of the top management advices and have met different industries and companies. They have experience in the management of international and cross-sector projects as well as interdisciplinary teams and have already managed complex transformation projects. They have very good analytical skills, a pronounced affinity for the development and operation of complex issues and critical further development projects as well as a high degree of business judgement. They convince your environment through safe, professional and cooperative appearance as well as your communication strength in German and English. The creation of high-quality documents for presenting your analyses and content is your standard repertoire. They are safe in dealing with internal and external interlocutors and create acceptance as Sparring partners across all hierarchy levels and have a very high level of consulting and moderation capability. You have already demonstrated your leadership competence in different situations and ideally have a dedicated knowledge of modern methods and procedures. In addition, you are characterized by a very high operational readiness.
