You play a central role in the professional and service-oriented support of our national and international students from the start of studies to the conclusion and understand yourself as a companion:in For incoming enquiries, you will be the first contact point of our students on organizational and administrative topics relating to the course of studies. You are actively working on selected projects with You control and optimize the administrative processes around the study organisation and create, among other things, final and certificate documents and certificates for students You take over the documentation and administration of the students in our systems

You have a completed commercial training or a university degree and provide consulting experience in the educational market You are characterized by communication strength and safe occurrence, with ease of convincing conversations and adapt to different target groups You bring very good English knowledge in word and writing with You are service-oriented and place great value on satisfied customers Your strengths include enthusiasm, team spirit and flexibility
