Working with young adults with handicap within the professional preparation Implementation and evaluation of competence analyses in the EV(e.g. skills, professional potentials, appropriate fields of activity Creation of performance and behaviour assessments (LuV) by aptitude analyses, step change, measure end and other requirements Creation and updating of the qualification plan, funding plans and target agreements Planning, acquisition and support of operational internships and learning sites Cooperation with parents, supervisors Close cooperation with Reha carriers (BA, DRV, integration aid), companies and social services. Participation in quality circles for continuous improvement

A completed vocational training with two years of professional experience in industry or crafts, as well as a special educational additional qualification Experience in vocational training and placement is desirable Self-responsible operation Communication strength and sensitivity The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
