The start date can be flexibly agreed at the beginning of the quarter.

During the 12-month EHS training program, you will be qualified professionally and personally as a senior manager. The goal is to take you as a permanent setup manager of an EHS facility near you after successful completion. The programme consists of intensive seminars and practical assignments. You will get to know our company headquarters in Stuttgart and can sniff into various facilities of the Evangelical Heimstiftung. Experienced EHS executives accompany you so that you can connect well and become part of the EHS family.

Completed study or comparable qualification, e.g. as a nursing service at least 2 years of professional experience in the care industry and first leadership experience Qualifications to meet formal requirements according to § 3 LPersVO Strategic thinking, flexibility and sense of responsibility Team spirit, Christian values and member in a ACK Church

Attractive payment by collective agreement: The binding labour contract guidelines of the Diakonie Germany apply.

Special payment: In November and June there is an extra payment. This depends on the economic result of the previous year.
