Key-User (m/f/d)

You are a contact person for problem solutions and first-level support for our logistics systems. You enter the local IT technology; These include the installation and configuration of hardware (MDE, printer, scanner). You are responsible for the setup and optimization and further development of IT-based warehouse management solutions (WMS) or new warehouse processes (primary EuP HV9 and Heidler, later PSI and other systems of the sites). You create and care for process descriptions and training documentation. You act as a contact person in customer contact. If possible, you will analyze fault situations, provide independent solutions or communicate the problem to the internal hotline support. You independently develop solutions or work out detailed requirements for the centralized support/project staff. You carry out employee training and advise or instruct the operating units.

You have successfully completed a commercial training with a logistical or informatic focus. You have experience in handling warehouse management systems (preferably Erhardt + Partner and/or PSI) and relevant professional practice in a comparable position in the logistics sector. You know the standard processes in warehouse management (incoming goods, inventory management, management, commissioning). In addition to an interest in IT and a process-oriented manner, you also have basic knowledge in the field of data protection. You bring sense of responsibility, an independent way of working, organisational skills and cooperation. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and have a professional appearance. You are flexible in time and ready for multi-working.
