Specialist Requirements & Process Management (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) In the area of Banking & Digital Solution, you can juggle multiple balls with different topics in process and request management and drive the optimization of our processes and structures in the area further. It is important to put existing processes to the test stand and to design new processes in terms of payment and account management in a B2B environment. You are responsible for cross-disciplinary projects and are able to control different stakeholders – always in your focus: innovation, agility and the needs of our customers. In this responsible position, your know-how in banking, a solid understanding of business relationships and a quick understanding are required. By designing the end-to-end digitization in a high-growth business segment – e.g. by developing digital workflows in account management and payment traffic context You collect and test technical requirements and create or accompany the corresponding concepts in their implementation You carry out proactive analyses and evaluations of our operational processes and show potential efficiency gains In addition to this task, you support the development of content for the knowledge management platform and the template management of your area
