Lawyer - IT Contract Law & Compliance (m/f/d)

You support the central area of law and compliance and are a contact person when it comes to the legal advice of management, management and specialist departments in the fields of IT contract law, commercial and economic law and compliance. In strategic questions, you actively contribute your legal expertise to decision-making processes. You support the creation and testing of contracts. In your position, you accompany contract negotiations with national and international business partners. Last but not least, you will take care of the advice and support of the various business units in all compliance issues.

Complete study of law or comparable qualification. First legal practice experience, ideally in a legal department or firm, as well as knowledge in the field of IT law, procurement law and compliance are of advantage. German and English knowledge in word and writing. You understand complex content and bring a good sense of the needs and concerns of your contacts. You have a sovereign appearance, pronounced rhetorical abilities and safe ways of handling.
