As Tender Manager*in (w/m/d), you will be able to identify and evaluate public tenders. Here you are responsible for the registration and pre-qualification on platforms and screen regularly according to promising possibilities. With organizational talent and team capacity, you control the creation of offers and support the preparation of complex framework agreements. You shall coordinate the audit of tenders with regard to feasibility, legal risks and risk analysis. Your area of responsibility also includes the independent creation of offers with regard to price lists, costing tools, quality control, shipping, refurbishment and success analysis. You maintain our internal tender documents and continuously develop them and keep our customer data in Salesforce up to date. You work in a dynamic and cooperative team with the ability to work hybrid and remotely.

Completed commercial or technical training or completed Bachelor's degree course Multiannual professional experience in (large) customer support, ideally in Tender/Bid Management Previous knowledge of contract law Safe handling of MS Office applications, Salesforce experience and S/4 HANA to keep an overview of complex tasks and to complete them confidently and on time Flowing German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge in word and writing
