You take over the telephone management and forwarding of inquiries: You receive all incoming calls from customers:inside, answer them directly as far as possible and forward them to the relevant persons or departments as soon as the concerns are outside your jurisdiction. You process inquiries of your own property owners:in: In case of direct calls from property owners assigned to you, you will set up tickets, collect the necessary information internally and clarify the situation before you give the owner a feedback You support the following: You send a copy to the property owners: within, follow the status of the feedback and make sure that signatures and required documents are fully recovered You’ll create information materials and mailings: You’ll create newsletters, newsletters, serial letters as well as postal and digital mailings and ensure that relevant information is structured and sent on time

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification You have experience in customer service, ideally in telephone and written contact with customers: You are safe in handling MS Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel You work structured and independent and have a high degree of organizational talent You are strong in communication, friendly and service-oriented in dealing with customers: You are collaborative and able to forward and document information in a targeted manner
