Sales-oriented control: You are responsible for sales, key figures, and sales, always with a view to the optimal customer approach. Training: You have a completed training in retail or a comparable qualification. Experience: You bring several years of professional experience in retail, ideally in the field of the (garden) furniture industry and have already gained first leadership experience. Sales power: You have fun in active sales, recognize customer needs and convince with your sales-oriented thinking. Structure & team spirit: You work organized, self-responsibility and bring team spirit with you. Digital Fitness: You feel safe in handling tools such as cash systems and MS Office.
