Implementation of customer-specific automation projects by programming communication interfaces to external systems (e.g.: MES or robots) Implementation of the necessary installation Preparation and implementation of dosing patterns, customer demos, machine operations and customer training at our site as well as in Germany and abroad Development of customized technical solutions for special customer requirements Direct care of our national and international customers as well as partners in all questions about product application and competent support in technical problems Processing of all incoming requests on our application hotline and analysis of incidents as well as independent solutions and optimization suggestions Cooperation in projects with our research and development area
