As a engaged foreman:in (m/w/d) in hospital cleaning, you play a responsible role in a sensitive environment. If necessary, you will not only coordinate the daily processes in the cleaning team, but also ensure that our high hygiene standards are reliably adhered to with your organizational skills and quality awareness. Be part of a dedicated team and make an important contribution to the safety and well-being of our patients.

Your main tasks

• You are the first contact person for the staff of your team and for the clinic staff
• They are responsible for the implementation, compliance and further development of cleaning standards and hygiene concepts as well as the regular control of our object and quality standards
• The smooth operation of building cleaning in all areas including effective personnel deployment planning (creation of service and holiday plans, control of the hours proofs) is the largest part of your daily tasks
• Ensuring adequate handling of cleaning equipment and materials, as well as the training and instruction of employees in this area is in your hands
• In addition, ensure the efficiency of your area

Your profile

• Ideally, you have a successfully completed vocational training as a building cleaner, alternatively several years of professional experience in building cleaning
• At least one year ago they worked as a foreman (m/w/d) and have knowledge in handling materials, equipment and resources as well as in managing employees
• The topics Quality Assurance and Management as well as Safety at Work are of course for you
• They bring willingness to work on weekends
