You are the first contact person:in for our tenants:inside and take care of their concerns – on the phone, by email or personally on site. In the case of apartment visits, you are interested: within our property and accompany the process until the conclusion of the rental contract. You will learn how to create documents relevant to the real estate sector, such as exhibits and bills. In everyday life, you work closely with our colleagues: in the central customer service and our craftsmen, who take care of repairs and modernizations. Your vocational school is the European educational centre for housing and real estate in Bochum. Here you learn the theory that you can apply directly in your working day.

An attractive training allowance that rises every year: 1.395 € in 1. Year € 1,555 in the 2nd year €1.685 in the third year

Places of use during training. Most of the time you are traveling to our local offices in Bergisch Gladbach or to our properties on site. Within the framework of three-month operations, you can get to know the management of housing owners communities at ecowo GmbH, the central customer service of Vonovia or other business areas – in your vicinity or in the nationwide use in another city, e.g. in Bochum, Berlin or Hamburg
