We are looking for you to support our Cologne team. You advise service providers such as medical care centers (MVZ), contract doctors, hospitals and rehabilitation facilities as well as healthcare investors, and become part of an interdisciplinary team with health care experts from the fields of legal, financial and tax. Transaction Monitoring and regulatory implementation of healthcare transactions (M&A, investments, portfolio building) Advice on the acquisition and structuring of outpatient and stationary supply structures, in particular MVZ and hospitals Contract (tooth) doctor and hospital law Processing of multifaceted mandates in the contract(tooth)principal law, right of admission and medical professional law Advice in hospital planning law and in the right of hospital remuneration and financing Cooperations & Supply Structures Design and testing of health cooperation - outpatient, stationary and sector-wide Advice on new forms of supply and integrated supply models Innovative supply concepts & Digital Health Legal support of innovative supply concepts, in particular telemedical offers and hybrid supply models Advice on digital health applications (DiGA, DiPA) and regulatory requirements for digital medical devices Support of AI-based diagnostic and treatment support projects and platform-based healthcare Compliance & compensation law Advice on compliance requirements in healthcare, in particular on anti-corruption law and billing law Support in the development and implementation of compliance management systems for service providers and investors

What are you passionate about? You have completed your legal state exam with above-average results, have good English skills and can prove your qualification by at least three years of practical experience.
