Warehouse Logistics Clerk (m/f/d)

You take over the material handling within the framework of the warehouse organization, taking into account all relevant regulations, in particular the Federal Aviation Office, and the Hazardous Substance and Hazardous Goods Regulation. You are responsible for carrying out and controlling operational storage processes (e.g. spare parts management, warehouse management) including appropriate documentation and quality assurance. You collect goods inputs and outputs in the system, take over commissioning of orders and ensure the timely processing. You are able to trigger ordering processes and complaints with corresponding suppliers, which relate on the one hand to the warehouse, but also to the customers You coordinate transport orders including delivery tracking, agree with suppliers, check receipts and process complaints. You support the inventory monitoring and maintenance and the implementation and evaluation of the inventory in accordance with the BwFPS inventory policy. In addition, you work with administrative tasks in the field of warehouse logistics, create evaluations and support internal interface areas in logistical issues. You carry out regular transports to our customers or suppliers.

You have a completed training in warehouse logistics or a comparable commercial-logistic qualification and have several years of professional experience in the warehouse or material industry. You bring very good knowledge of the SAP modules MM,WM and SD as well as in Microsoft Excel. You are ideally equipped with an industrial truck license as well as the driving licence classes B and CE – or are ready to acquire these qualifications. You work reliably, structured and team-oriented and enjoy combining both practical and administrative activities in a dynamic environment.
