Own implementation of debitor, creditor and property accounts settlement and monitoring of payment transactions Implementation and adoption of the cash register Account adjustment and account clarification Monitoring of payment inputs/rescue management and dunning Creation of monthly BWA Preparation and participation in the financial statements in cooperation with the tax office Acquisition of representation within the team, in particular in financial and wage accounting, as well as in general administrative and organisational activities Contact person for auditors, tax advisors and auditors General administrative tasks in office and organization

You have a completed commercial training with a focus on finance/invoicing or a comparable qualification You already have several years of professional experience in finance and accounting You have a well-founded knowledge and experience in financial and asset accounting as well as in cost and performance accounting You have a secure handling of accounting software DATEV, DATEV Online and the common MS Office applications Knowledge of the accounting of a non-profit company is advantageous An independent and very thorough procedure as well as a high degree of ready-to-use and load-bearing capacity are all yours. You have a strong understanding of numbers and good knowledge of German. You can eloquently and professionally deal with tax advisors and auditors. You work team-oriented, are flexible and willingness to work in various areas of responsibility and reliably represent colleagues in financial accounting, payroll accounting and administrative matters.
