You are in the middle of us: you accompany our specialist areas and key users directly in optimizing sales and service processes - from idea to implementation in SAP SD/CS. You work closely with the teams, actively shape processes and bring your ideas into exciting projects. Your tasks: Close cooperation with specialist areas and key users to analyze and optimize sales and service processes Implementation and development of processes in the field of SAP SD/CS within the S/4HANA system landscape Advice, training and support for users in the daily use of the systems Control of external service providers and ensure integration with adjacent modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM) Ensuring stable operation and continuous development of SAP solutions

Successfully completed training or studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the SAP environment with focus on SAP SD and CS, ideally in S/4HANA projects Good knowledge of customizing and process design in the SAP SD/CS environment Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Analytical, communicative and team-oriented working methods with high practical orientation
