XENTRY Claiming is the new application with which traders can enter and handle their performances worldwide. It is embedded in the XENTRY Portal, the central online access portal of Mercedes‐Benz for after-sales, diagnostic and service systems You'll learn this Rollout Management, Stakeholder Communication, KPI Setups, Testing/User Acceptance Tests (UAT) in a dynamic team working strategic, process and operational. Your tasks include: Rollout XENTRY Claiming Preparing documents (powerpoint, video recordings) for communication Preparing market communication (live presentation and playing prefabricated content) Collecting questions from markets, clustering and preparing as FAQ Testing new features of XENTRY Claiming and troubleshooting Support the user management of dealer users Process & KPI management Participation in creating status reports for rollout progress Creation and maintenance of rollout KPIs Communication and Community Maintaining the Internal Social Intranet Page (Warranty Community) Publication of articles & content on the external communication page for retailers (retail platform) The activity can begin from September 2026.
