Responsible for selected areas of financial and non-financial reporting (CSRD) Monitoring the regulatory environment of financial and sustainability reporting and initiation of the necessary internal measures for implementation Support in the further development of data acquisition processes to meet internal and external reporting requirements related to CSRD Participation in the implementation of the internal control system as part of non-financial reporting Support for internal stakeholder management activities, e.g. by preparing forum documents or carrying out trainings Preparation of evaluations, analyses and presentations as well as carrying out research and preparation of results

Completed studies, ideally business management with a focus on accounting and auditing or comparable qualification At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally with an auditing company, in the external financial report reimbursement in an industrial company or comparable activities Understanding the relevant legal frameworks (IFRS, CSRD Directive, ESRS), as well as process and system affinity Structured, careful and independent as well as solution-oriented working methods combined with very good analytical and conceptual skills Impressed team skills, contact joy, communication strength and a good stakeholder management German and English knowledge in word and writing
