Selection and implementation of the CAFM software: Define requirements, edit specifications, schedule and vote. Advise management and department management in the selection, procurement and implementation of other CAFM modules. Install and maintain the CAFM system with the users. Ensure operational readiness. Modify and optimize CAFM system, define and design interfaces. Implementation of safety regulations incl. Access authorization. Support / support of system work and changes by the software manufacturer. Support and train employees in new program applications. Documenting results, adaptations and developments. Analyze disturbances in the CAFM software. Identify and troubleshoot errors, if necessary with internal and external positions.

Complete training or studies in the field of facility management, computer science, business management or a related area. It is desirable to have professional experience in a comparable field of activity. You're an IT affinist and you're interested in working on new topics. Strong communication capability associated with a high interface orientation. Good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented.
