Creating and maintaining 3D models and assemblies (detail and subassemblies) in the center of gravity metal construction including layouts for special machines Dissipation and creation of production-oriented 2D drawings with tolerances, piece lists and production documents mechanical components (storage, shafts, transmissions, guides, hydraulic/pneumatic devices) Conducting tolerance, strength and collision tests Analyze constructive tasks and perform construction-accompanying FEM calculations Tuning with the areas of manufacturing, assembly and external customers as well as suppliers to clarify technical questions Support of technical documentation Change management, documentation of design changes and maintenance of version levels as well as maintenance of master data and triggering of orders Participation in design reviews, design FMEAs and project meetings Developing prototypes occasional service trip to customers for concept clarificationCAD modelling, modification and variant design as well as standard drawing creation Coordination with internal and external project partners Technical documentation

Complete degree in mechanical engineering or comparable At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of construction mechanics Knowledge of Solid Works Basic knowledge of heating technology as well as laying and calculating furnaces desirable fluent knowledge of German in word and writing English knowledge of advantage
