Your position

As a National Sales Manager at 1KOMMA5°, you are the heart of our growth and take full responsibility for your success. The National Sales Team is our new central service sales team and digitally sells our products throughout Germany. In doing so, both new requests and existing customers or Customer recovery focused and processed.

Your duties include: Advising & Selling: You are responsible for the digital sale of our entire product portfolio. You convince private homeowners of intelligent energy systems such as photovoltaics, heat pumps and power stores, which have their full potential through our energy management system “Heartbeat”.

Own Responsibility & Organization: You plan and structure your sales process independently. You work with warm, pre-qualified new customer leads as well as with former prospects that you reactivate to win them for the most economical and smartest energy solution on the market.

The complete sales cycle: From the first videocall to the creation of customised offers to the digital contract signature, you accompany your customers. Your goal is to find the perfect, individual solution for every customer and to secure completion.

Seamless transfer: After your successful completion, you pass the project to our technical project management team and set the foundation for a first-class customer experience from the beginning to the end.

You bring sales experience, ideally in the sale of photovoltaic systems, heat pumps or other technical products in need of explanation.

You are a communication-strong, empathic and enduring personality that can inspire customers and build long-term relationships.

You have a high technical affinity and the ability to explain complex relationships easily and understandably.

You are highly motivated, burning for sales and want to make a real contribution to the energy transition with your work.

You speak German fluently and live in the Berlin region to work regularly with your team at our TechLab.
