Temporary Shipping & Intercompany Logistics Clerk (m/f/d)

As a specialist:in international logistics, you will take on a central role in the international delivery process between connected locations shortly for 12 months. You are responsible for the structured order processing as well as the coordination of material flows and appointments. The focus of the position specialist:in Intercompany Supply lies on reliable process processing, transparent communication and data quality. • You take administrative activities in the field of international logistics and support the smooth handling of international delivery processes • You process and complete orders in the warehouse management system SAP S/4HANA independently and safely • You check material availability and coordinate delivery in close coordination with relevant interfaces • You create and manage shipping and delivery documents structured and comprehensible • You plan and report customs and pickups, taking into account logistical requirements • Create and maintain key figures and reports to support control and process optimization • You can communicate safely in German and English with internal and external contacts:inside

• Completed commercial or logistical training or comparable qualification • First experience in Intercompany Supply, Logistics or Supply Chain Management • Secure handling of SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP and warehouse management systems • Structured, careful and self-responsible operation with high quality standards • Good communication skills in German and English in word and writing • Number affinity and experience in creating and maintaining reports and key figures • High team capacity with the willingness to proactive, constructive and reliable coordination with internal contacts:inside
