Project and process manager with a focus on value stream management (m/f/d)

You are active in developing and implementing instruments of process and project management as well as value flow management Your challenging tasks include the independent (further) development of our project management tool box as well as the methods and instruments for a structured value flow management You take up processes and support in the optimization of the value chain with a view to the feasibility, among others in IT and the acceptance of employees Analyze and visualize value flows, identify optimization potentials and support their implementation – with particular attention to efficiency, interfaces, digitization and the sustainable improvement of value creation You support the disciplines in the holistic view and continuous improvement of end-to-end processes and value flows You moderate workshops and cross-departmental appointments, bring different perspectives together and accompany improvement measures from analysis to implementation You form the bridge between the supported departments and IT from your tasks and manage projects that arise independently

You have a successfully completed master's degree in business management with a focus on controlling, project management, process management, value flow management or a comparable degree programme Analytical and strategic thinking and strong moderation and communication skills are among your strengths Ideally, you have first experiences in controlling, project, process or value flow management You bring a good understanding of the holistic consideration and optimization of processes and value flows and have ideally already gained experience with lean management or comparable methods An entrepreneurial and economic way of thinking is of course for you With the MS Office programs, especially Excel, as well as with MS teams you are very familiar Experience in working together in agile projects, fun in teamwork, reliable and independent working methods and willingness to use and initiative make your profile complete
