This makes this job interesting for me: 50Hertz has seen a strong increase in network connection requests on the load and production side in recent years, especially through new customer groups such as battery storage and data centers. Dynamic growth requires increasing standardization and conversion to mass process-ready processes. Against this background, the customer management department was expanded by a new area of expertise at the beginning of the year. This is responsible for network connection requests, new network connection procedures, contracting and end-to-end customer support. As a customer manager*in I contribute significantly to the achievement of the ambition “100 % to 2032” and to an efficient network access. My tasks: holistic customer support according to the principle “One Face to the Customer” over the entire network connection process, close coordination with customers on process-oriented, technical, regulatory and strategic issues, control and monitoring of contract closures in the network connection (connection arrangement contracts), checking and tracking of project miles to ensure valid reservation decisions; central interface function between management, technical project management and departments, end-to-end management of customer projects from the connection message to the construction contract, Monitoring and analysis of market, technology and regulatory trends (storage, network efficiency, market requirements).

Master's degree or degree programme in an engineering science (e.g. electrical engineering, energy technology), energy industry or comparable discipline, Multiannual experience in the energy industry, ideally in the environment of network operators, Very good understanding of network technology issues, taking into account network economy and regulatory frameworks; Embossed communication and team capability as well as safe occurrence against internal and external stakeholders, Very good linguistic expressiveness in word and writing, High organizational talent and affinity for change and transformation processes, Safe handling of MS Office, Very good knowledge of German and English (C1).
