Our client is an established and very successful home administration for many years, focusing on the professional care of rental and property communities. In the day-to-day business, the right-wing organisation of the lease management, the commercial management and the reliable coordination of external service providers are the focus. The company works with clear processes and places value on transparent communication to owners, tenants and other contractual partners. In order to strengthen the team, we are now looking for a real estate manager (m/w/d), who is responsible for his assigned customer base and contributes to the relief of the owners / tenants (m/w/d).

Own-sponsored commercial and organizational support of a defined lease management portfolio (rental residences as well as publicly funded housing and housing owners communities) including deadline and appointment management Self-employed selection of tenants for the publicly funded and for the freely funded housing, independent calculation of the rent before new rental of freely funded apartments and calculation of the cost rent in publicly funded housing Processing of cancellations, leases, rent increases and housing withdrawals Preparation, organisation and refurbishment of owner meetings and implementation of the decisions taken by WEG Control and control of service providers and craft businesses including supply collection, commissioning and quality tracking
