We are looking for you Application Specialist – Software Configuration (m/w/d) At DEVCON you work at the interface between customer, product and development. You configure workflows, forms, portals and templates and develop suitable solutions for an established customer base. Home Office: During the trial period, you work in our office in Brühl. After the trial period, you can also work in the home office.

You analyse technical requirements and implement them within our application. You configure workflows, parameters, filters, table views and other system settings. You'll create and plead serial, document and email templates. You configure our portals and form solutions and adapt masks and surfaces to specific applications and customer requirements. You tune solutions directly with customers. You support training and develop documentation and online help.

A training, a study or a comparable practical career in the IT or application environment. Experience with configurable software solutions, such as CRM, ERP, workflow or low-code systems. A quick understanding for professional and commercial processes. A structured, independent and pragmatic way of working. Safe German and joy in direct, binding consultation with customers. Knowledge Technical knowledge is not a prerequisite. Depending on the experience and interest, you can extend your task to SQL as well as minor adjustments with JavaScript and CSS.
