Responsibility for the electrical sector: You take over the planning, coordination and monitoring of all electrical works on our construction sites – and you are also ready to take part when it comes to it. Ensure quality & safety standards: You make sure that the installation of our heat pumps and PV systems takes place smoothly and properly. Dissolving electrical problems: You are the professional in complex technical issues – before, during and after installation. Team management & development: You run the electric team at the location and select new employees together with HR. Process improvement: You continuously develop our installation and testing standards – in close coordination with the Academy. Customer communication: You perform professionally and solution-oriented towards our customers.

You bring the technical knowledge, the technical capacity and the formal authority to take over the role of the technical manager in the Chamber of Crafts.

You own a recognized electric master's letter.

You have practical experience in installing heat pumps – ideally with different manufacturers.

You have a class B licence.

You have basic knowledge in English.

You want to rethink classical craftsmanship – and bring openness to go new ways.
