Chef de Partie Cook (m/f/d)

You prepare dishes from regional and seasonal products, à la carte, conferences and for banquets You process wild from our area and many other exciting products from our farm You cook for conferences: coffee breaks, lunch, dinner You are at the forefront of weddings, celebrations and events You take responsibility for your post: Mise en place, Orders, Care You maintain HACCP and hygiene standards You bring your own ideas for new dishes and maps

We don't look like the other day. In the morning, the lunch for the seminar group is open, in the evening the à la carte restaurant. On the weekend you cook for a wedding in the sea house or for a big event with several hundred guests. You take responsibility for your post and know your products, often before You arrive in the kitchen: the deer from your own forest, the herbs from the garden, the eggs from the farm. You bring your ideas and experience and work closely with service and event team. In the coming years the house grows, and your role grows with you if you want.
