The Centre of Competence Education and Qualification, an organizational unit of the gGmbH, offers personnel development and qualification for people with and without handicap. As part of the strategic corporate goal “Digital Education for All”, we have been introducing an inclusive online learning platform in the gGmbH as a working group since 2021. Our goal is to create digital learning opportunities for people with and without handicap. We are looking for you as Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Working environment As part of a cooperation agreement with IKEA in Moorfleet in the field of recovery, employees of aster-work perform all tasks arising there. The team consists of a pedagogical specialist, the new team member and about 8 people with disabilities who work together and respectfully. There is a very close cooperation with the colleagues of IKEA.

Construction of furniture for the second chance market Sorting and distributing articles from other departments Guidance and assistance of individual workshop staff Implementation of existing and new IKEA directives and procedures Participation in team discussions and binding exchange with IKEA staff on day tasks Participation in mandatory training on occupational safety and pedagogy
