Transport disposition: independent planning and disposition of national and international transport orders – timely, economically and quality-secured Car park control: organisation and control of the fleet including the needs-oriented deployment planning of the drivers Communication: Professional support and coordination with driving staff, customers, business partners and subcontractors Compliance: Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, quality standards and data protection guidelines Optimization: Continuous optimization of touring and vehicle use for efficient and economical transportation

Professional experience: Multiannual practical experience in the disposition and organisation of road transport – ideally in the field of food or fresh logistics System competence: safe handling of common transport management systems (TMS) and MS Office; Knowledge of the forwarding software Soloplan CarLo of advantage Language competence: Very good German knowledge in word and writing for professional communication with customers, driving staff and business partners Working method: Self-contained, structured and solution-oriented – with pronounced organisational skills and loadability even in a dynamic environment
