Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

You actively shape the corporate customer business strategy and consistently align it with the overarching corporate strategy. You develop existing business areas strategically and design new, future-oriented business areas. You identify new market and business opportunities, evaluate market, competition and regulatory framework conditions and make clear recommendations for action. You participate in the development of a holistic, customer- and market-oriented strategy for corporate customer business and establish a continuous strategy process. You create and evaluate business and price strategies, business plans as well as market, trend and competitive analyses. You accompany the development of new business areas until operational implementation – also in cooperation with strategic partners and cooperations. You work closely and trustfully with internal interfaces such as sales, product management and corporate strategy and promote collaborative work. In addition, you take the professional leadership of project teams, set clear priorities and ensure the quality of work results.

You have a degree in economics or a comparable qualification. You bring at least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience – ideally from corporate consulting, corporate development or a strategy unit. You have experience in working with interdisciplinary teams and are sure to move into complex stakeholder structures. You think entrepreneurial, recognize market opportunities early and evaluate them strategically and well-founded. You have solid experience in strategy development as well as trend, market and competitive analyses and project and innovation management. You combine your analytical and conceptual skills with a clear strategic judgment. You are so confident in structuring complex issues, preparing them to address them and presenting them convincingly – with enforcement strength and negotiation skills. You communicate safely and professionally in German and English. You work independently, show high initiative, are targeted and reliable. A strong customer orientation, liability as well as excellent brokerage and presentation skills are the key to you. You appear sovereign, have intercultural sensitivity, and are sure to use different stakeholders.
