Number: MER00044B0 As part of the “Service Operations” department, we are responsible for supporting our car homes and workshops to fully exploit their business potential in after sales. We not only develop concepts for the coaching of our retailers, but also help them with advice and deed. Our goal is to help our retailers implement service programs, optimize their processes and increase their customer satisfaction. In your duty practice, among other things, these tasks await you: You support us in training new coaches that the local dealers coach. You accompany us at remote coaching and trader visits to perform our coaching approaches and prepare the trader visits before and after.

You participate in the further development of our coaching approach and help us develop our coaching portfolio in a targeted manner and adapt it to the needs of retailers.

You support us in analysing the performance of various traders and conduct optimization potentials together with us

You design communication documents for different target groups and introduce your ideas.

You work with digital tools, tracking and benchmarking systems and help to make the effectiveness of our coaching measurable. This also includes the active use of AI to develop small solutions that make our work a bit more efficient every day.

The activity can begin from the end of September 2026.

Course in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Business Informatics, Digital Media or a comparable course of study

Safe handling of common IT tools such as MS Office, very good knowledge in MS PowerPoint

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

willingness to complete individual working days at other locations outside the Stuttgart area

You are committed, work independently and flexibly and always want to deliver top quality

You have a high understanding and can quickly work into new topics

You like to work in the team, do not have any fears of contact with various new colleagues and communicate safely and confidently with different stakeholders
