The following tasks await you as part of your internship: Revision of processes in spare parts management and supply creation elaboration of a concept for trouble-free processes in the field of customer service, for example by reducing throughput times in the repair process Optimization of instructions and training documents for processing in ERP System SAP and CRM System Salesforce Support in converting our ERP system to SAP S/4HANA Participation in building knowledge management Working in day-to-day operations

You are studying BWL, economic engineering or a comparable degree course Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP are beneficial You are passionate about project work and process improvement according to Lean Management principles Organising skills and an independent way of working characterize you A good understanding and initiative round off your profile
