As part of the “Technical Conception” department of Stromnetz Berlin GmbH, you are responsible for the “Conception Transformers and Network nodes”. The area supports the energy transition in Berlin with implementable concepts. The new building, as well as the rebuilding of substations and network nodes, is a central component. As a manager*in, you have a sense of structures, processes and strategic relationships. The technical and disciplinary responsibility of the subject area “Concepting Transformers and Network Nodes” with currently approx. 10 employees including resource planning and ensuring further development. Responsibility for the implementation of the project idea into a planning-ready project for substations and network nodes. Responsibility for process design and standardization in the concept phase. Participation in medium and long-term planning and thus responsibility for the portfolio and priority management in the concept phase. Support of department management in the development of the department and cooperative cooperation with neighbouring departments.
