Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

At our Düren site, you are a specialist in occupational safety (m/w/x) in order to ensure that occupational and health protection is not only a standard but a standard. You work bindingly, pragmatically and with a view to the front – and contribute so actively to the further development of our world of work. Are you on it? Holistic occupational safety & prevention: You identify safety and health risks at work and workflows, document these systematically and guide effective measures for sustainable improvement. Cooperation with external partners: In close cooperation with occupational safety authorities, accident insurance companies and other institutions, you ensure that all legal requirements are met and continuously developed. Accident analysis & action control: Work accidents are analysed competently by you, causes are clearly derived and preventive measures are defined and their effectiveness is maintained. Awareness & Training: With training, instruction and clear communication, you can strengthen the safety awareness of the employees:inside and promote responsible safety culture. Further development of the occupational safety management system: You question existing processes, introduce new impulses and actively promote the continuous improvement of our occupational safety management.

Qualification: You have a completed vocational training with further training as a master:in or technician:in, a comparable study or a study of safety technology – ideally with additional qualification as a specialist for occupational safety. Legal & methodological expertise: Finding knowledge of occupational and health protection as well as experience in the creation and implementation of risk assessments are a feature. Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing are of course for you. IT- & Process Understanding: You work safely with MS Office, bring IT-Affinity with you and move routiniert in structured processes. Personality & working methods: You are convinced by a hand-on mentality, clear communication, team orientation, high service and solution orientation, as well as commitment to implementing results.
