Technical Support PV-Systems (m/f/d)

True to the motto “love office instead of construction site” this position is aimed at experienced professionals from the solar industry (e.g. technicians, technicians, electricians or installers) who want to bring their know-how more into the office in the future as a technical expert for PV systems. As a technical employee, you complement our team of photovoltaic experts and are the first contact person for colleagues, colleagues and customers in technical questions. Your duties include: Active expert and solution-oriented consulting around our diverse product portfolio from Residential to Small Commercial Telephone support of our customers during commissioning and service operations Care of active knowledge transfer internally and externally Participation in trade fairs and events as a product expert Continuous design and further development of our product portfolio in close cooperation with product management and sales Competent evaluation of technical complaints and error messages from our customers With us you combine presence and home office depending on the task and position - so we combine flexibility with a personal connection on site.
