Working in parttime with 50% (w/m/d), 1223-14 in the team award and contract management

Self-planning, implementation and implementation of national and pan-European procurement procedures for supply and services, including communication with tenderers/applicants The focus is on demanding and extensive tender procedures (probably Europe-wide tender procedures) Coordination, documentation and filing of all process steps in ongoing procurement procedures Consultation of internal demand makers on procedural and legal matters and contract design Participation in procurement (e.g. in-house assignments, calls from framework agreements, mini-competitions) Further development and implementation of procurement strategies, including sustainability aspects or cost optimization Further development and implementation of procedures and processes with regard to new jurisdictions as well as new laws, standards, administrative regulations etc.

A successfully completed university degree at a university for public administration, as an alternative to a study of business administration, economic law, law or a commercial training with multiannual professional experience Experience in the design and implementation of economic and legal award procedures Finded professional experience in the mentioned area of responsibility, in particular in public procurement law (GWB, VgV, UVgO, etc.) and EVB-IT Treaties Self-employed, careful and structured work Good knowledge of the application of MS Office applications and, if necessary, experience in the IT environment High legal affinity and accuracy as well as great interest in working on legal and technical aspects of procurement procedures to find the best solution for all parties You can clearly represent and enforce your position in different situations Teamability, sense of responsibility and analytical thinking skills complete your profile
