These compounds are used in various industries, including household appliances, automotive industry and toy manufacturing. Acquisition of new customers and identification of new business opportunities in southern Germany Conception and implementation of specific strategies to increase market share in the automotive industry Construction and maintenance of long-term partnerships and performance as the first contact person for the customer, also at technical level Cooperation with the technical team to develop customized solutions for customers Convince the interested parties of the innovative products concerning compounds (TPE, PP and Co.) Coordination and management of projects in close coordination with the sales management and the development department

Complete technical or business studies or comparable qualification Experience gained in the distribution of compounds, such as thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) or polypropylene (PP) Embossed expertise in the automotive industry, both in new customer business and customer support Sales-oriented communication and negotiation skills with technical understanding German and fluent English skills readiness for national missions
