Together with Mercedes-Benz AG, the vehicle manufacturer is one of the largest providers of premium and luxury cars and vans. Our department is responsible for data analytics and the testing of driving and parking ADAS systems. In this context, we are responsible for developing a wide range of ADAS systems, from rearview cameras, lane keeping and emergency braking systems, to remote parking via smartphone app or highly automated driving (Drive Pilot). The Immendingen site, with its modern proving ground, offers excellent opportunities for developing pioneering assistance systems. Particular, the development of assistance systems from SAE Level 3 automation offers exciting new areas of focus. For ADAS vehicle testing in Immendingen, we are looking for a motivated student. Your Key Responsibilities: Assist in setting up and conducting vehicle tests Support in bringing up the vehicle by flashing and debugging the issues Record and organize test data during and after test runs Perform basic data analysis and report findings to the testing team Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot issues during testing Willingness to work in challenging and adhoc changing environment Benefits: Hands-on experience in real-world vehicle testing (ADAS domain) Mentorship from experienced automotive engineers Opportunity to contribute to innovative vehicle development projects Exposure to vehicle logs and debugging processes Platform to bring in innovative ideas to improve testing efficiency Gain a good understanding of Mercedes-Benz cars and systems The internship can start in April or May 2026 and ends 6 months later.

Degree in mechanical engineering, information technology, electrical engineering, or a comparable field of study

Professional English skills, both written and spoken

Professional in MS-Office

An affinity for Mercedes-Benz vehicles is desirable

A Class B driver's license is desired
