At our Hamburg plant you work on innovative production and product concepts for modern drive systems – together with a dedicated and experienced team. Together for excellence. Their field of application is located in the production planning department Mildhybrid- Motoren, in the area of Plg. steering columns, pedal systems & lightweight structural elements (MO/PCHE) - engineering components of the Mercedes-Benz plant Hamburg. During your internship, you will get comprehensive insights into various stages of product production – from the new development through the series start to the optimization of existing production processes. You work closely with adjacent departments and interfaces. These challenges come to you: Cooperation in development and technical optimization Products and production processes

Analysis and further development of manufacturing concepts and evaluation of new manufacturing processes

Creation and maintenance of planning standards (e.g. standard load specifications, procedural instructions)

Participation in innovation and optimization projects

Support for supply and decision phases

Planning and design of individual production and assembly volumes

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Engineering or Natural Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Production/Plant Technology or a comparable degree course

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

Commitment and team skills

Analytical thinking and strategic working
