(Construction) Engineerin / Masterin / Technicians*in With us you actively shape the infrastructure and mobility of our city. Project Management & Implementation – You bring projects to the target: You conduct and tax your own refurbishment, repair and infrastructure projects and ensure that You are successfully implemented in terms of costs, dates and quality. Building contractor & coordination – You hold the threads together: You represent the builder's side towards planning offices, specialist planners and external service providers and ensure smooth cooperation between all parties. Concept development & strategy – You keep thinking infrastructure: You develop strategic and technical concepts for infrastructure, operation and sustainable maintenance of systems and actively contribute your ideas to the further development. Technology & Procurement – You are responsible for the right equipment: you support the planning, specification and procurement of vehicles, machines and technical devices and help to ensure that the operation is equipped with infrastructure.

You have one of the following qualifications: You have completed your studies in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or in a comparable technical course, or a completed training as a technician/master*in in one of the above-mentioned areas with the willingness to continue in the course of our qualification program.

Ideally, you already have experience in the construction management and/or project management and know you in the planning, realization and maintenance of infrastructure. You have a good understanding of technical facilities and their operation and have ideally managed to manage projects in the construction or infrastructure sector or contribute to procurement processes. You work structured and targeted, keep track of complex projects and make informed decisions. You think economically, sustainable and solution-oriented. Personally, you convince by your independent way of working, your sense of responsibility and your safe appearance. You communicate clearly, work with different actors and make it possible to represent the interests of the builder in a targeted manner.

An indefinite job in full-time (39 hrs. week) with pay up to pay group 10 TVöD, depending on the presence of your personal requirements.
