The most important thing in your job You maintain self-responsibility and consistently assigned private settlement commitments You address necessary credit announcements in a timely manner and take care of the recovery of existing credit collateral You negotiate with borrowers as well as their consultants or lawyers on economically meaningful and as low as possible low-loss return solutions You represent the bank in court in in insolvency and forced auction proceedings and work closely with external parties

This will bring you Successfully completed bank or specialist studies or a comparable qualification in this field. Multiannual professional experience in credit business, ideally in the settlement of non-performing credit commitments Intensified experience in dealing with credit collateral as well as good knowledge in bankruptcy law and enforcement law Impressed risk awareness, solution-oriented action and a sense of decision Safe and professional appearance as well as communication and negotiation strength
