For the management of the marketing department we are exclusively looking for a conceptually versed, technically affine and at the same time creative personality (m/w/d), which ideally directs the competencies of the marketing team with passion, structure and pragmatism. In this key position, you take over not only the professional and disciplinary leadership of the team, but actively participate in marketing implementation and strategic orientation.

Strategic leadership and further development of the marketing department including marketing planning, market research and budget and cost planning Digital presence and platforms: editorial and technical support of the website, development and maintenance of web catalog, eShop and Web2Print solutions in product information system (PIM) Content, Social Media and Video Strategy: Planning and Implementation of Social Media, Employer Branding, Azubimarketing and Video Concepts Sales support and marketing measures: creation and maintenance of sales documents, planning and execution of sales actions Brand management and communication: care and development of CI/CD as well as advice and support for employees, subsidiaries and customers in all aspects of marketing communication

Multiannual professional experience in managing a marketing department ideally in the technical product environment Conceptual & analytical thinking combined with creativity Experiences in project management and the creation/control of digital content (text, image, video) as well as social media campaigns Expertise in the brand management (CI/CD) and safe handling of budget planning and cost controlling Communicate, winning team player with Hands-on Mentality
