The training lasts 3 years and takes place in conjunction with block lessons at the vocational school Niebüll, Westerland. In addition, an additional qualification in the area of vegetarian and vegan cuisine can be achieved. You will learn the preparation of high-quality and regional dishes in the à la carte and banquet kitchen. In the breakfast kitchen we will show you how to make delicious egg dishes and salads and prepare great cakes and cakes. You will also learn how to buy goods sustainably and store them professionally.
