Strategic market analysis with Impact: You are driving forward sound research work, which serves as the basis for strategic fund decisions, using modern digital and AI-based analysis tools to identify trends, scenarios and market opportunities. Impulse for innovation: As a business management business partner, you actively shape the strategic orientation of new products and the development of relevant future markets. Investment quality in mind: You are reviewing investment decisions at object level and thus sustainably secure the quality of our portfolios. Development of a “House Views”: You create market-oriented forecasts on topics such as interest, rent and energy prices that strategically support our departments. Senior Research with a development perspective: In your role as a senior research manager, you will play a key role in shaping the area and have the opportunity to build your own team at a later time and develop into the role of the Head of Research. Transparent communication: You regularly report to internal and external bodies at KGAL and are central contact persons for strategic market know-how. Strong presence before investors: You present our market opinion convincingly in investment committee meetings and at investor meetings. Leading role in the market: Together with the asset classes, you are responsible for the publication of research publications. Funded Reporting: You are compiling report for funds, consolidated reports and documentation for investment committees and management decisions. Strong communication in sales: You develop convincing presentations and hold specialist presentations for potential customers on behalf of the sales department. Close to the market guarantees: You plausitise external value assessments through profound market analyses – focusing on rents and returns. Media Competent & opinion: You answer press requests, conduct background talks with journalists and bring our perspective to the public in a targeted manner. At the podium at home: As an expert, our company is represented at panel discussions and specialist events.

Academic foundation: You have a master's degree in economics, economic geography or a comparable discipline. Analytical puzzling: Complex connections quickly and securely – the handling of economic models is a tool for you. Real estate understanding with depth: You bring a sound basic understanding of the real estate assessment and can arrange and plausibilisate expert opinions in a sound manner. Research professional: You have several years of professional experience in the field of research – ideally in the real estate or financial sector. Digital & AI competence: It goes without saying that the sovereign handling of digital technologies and AI-based tools is part of this for you – you use them specifically for the analysis, structuring and interpretation of complex data and for the further development of modern research approaches. Communicative strength & team spirit: You are service-oriented, work independently and actively and constructively.
