Real Estate Fund Tax Solution Manager (full-time or part-time)

In our team, you will take on a variety of tasks at the Hamburg location in the ongoing tax compliance of the Union Investment real estate funds: Creation of the German corporate tax declarations of the investment funds and determination of the tax bases of special investment funds VAT Tax Compliance of real estate funds Taxes on domestic real estate companies (early taxes, turnover tax) Coordination with local tax advisors and plausibility and release of tax declarations and tax returns Determination of provisions for current and late income taxes Support for internal interfaces (in particular fund, asset and equity management) in tax issues Participation in projects and process optimizations

You fit us and this position if you bring the following: Training with specialized tax law (e.g. tax specialist) or a study with a tax focus Very good knowledge of German tax law Analytical thinking and self-motivation for further education experience in handling Excel; Knowledge of SAP desirable A working method characterized by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team spirit We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
