• Conduction of welding methods MAG/MIG depending on project requirements - deburring and grinding of surfaces as required and requirements - independent working according to construction drawings - Self-employed quality control of finished welding assemblies

• A completed vocational training or further training in a metal profession or comparable training would be desirable - at least one year of professional experience in a similar position (valid passports not necessarily required) - Technical understanding of drawings and assembly processes - A structured and reliable working method and team capability

• Over-tariff payment by qualification - Long-term applications up to the takeover - 500 EUR Premium for the successful recommendation of new/future colleagues - Supplementary payments (shift, weekend/sector supplements) - A motivated team of staff members takes care of every employee, from the appropriate job selection to the takeover
