Support in processing orders and creation of credits and recalculations With the help of the organisation and coordination of returns, collections and the processing of proofs of delivery and price requests Independent, structured processing of incoming requests and effective prioritization in daily business Friendly and service-oriented communication with internal and external customers via email and phone Close cooperation with experienced team members to solve customer concerns Support in the clarification of invoice disputes and payment questions Documentation and tracking of customer requests and solutions in the corresponding systems Step-by-step takeover of own areas of responsibility and active participation in the processing of complex customer requests

Required qualifications Closed commercial training (e.g. office clerk, industrial clerk, industrial clerk (AV)) or a comparable qualification Ideally, first practical experience in customer service (e.g. through internships or side jobs) High motivation and strong learning readiness Team skills, hand-on mentality and proactive working Ability to network thinking and a structured approach to tasks Good communication skills and strong service orientation Safe handling of MS Office Good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English Preferred qualifications Experience in the production and international environment First experiences with ERP or CRM systems
