Management, implementation and support of projects in Lab 4.0, Industry 4.0 and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Technical responsibility (content, time, budget) for the processing of the corresponding projects and the quality of the work results. Presentation of results compared to higher reporting levels and customers. Development, development and implementation of technical solutions for the automation and digitization of laboratory and small series processes. Networking of machines and test equipment. Advice on possible development directions and future trends. Developing strategic proposals for investments as well as designing, controlling and optimising internal processes.

Complete technical or scientific studies, appropriate training or comparable qualification with experience in research and development. Experience in managing and coordinating projects and service orders with a high degree of customer orientation. In-depth knowledge of data processing, programming and machine networking. Self-sufficient, decision-making and target orientation. Organizational and presentation skills. Strong communication with fluent German and English skills.
